My Dad had a stroke. He was in the ICU for a month, He has limited medical insurance, and now hes facing the possibility of loosing his home

My Dad George, Aka PopPop, Had a severe stroke back in September of 2012. He was flown to Capital Regional medical center in Trenton NJ and admitted to the ICU where he stayed for almost a month in critical condition. The part of the brain the stroke affected was the part that controls, swallowing, coughing, vision, and balance. He started developing a lot of secretions in his lungs. Which made it difficult for him to breath. He had to have a Tracheotomy tube put in to help him get the secretions under control. He cannot walk, cannot eat, cant write or many other little things we take for granted. He will have to learn all those things all over again. When he became stable enough to be moved, he was transferred to Atlantic City Acute medical center where they were to care for his Trachea and try to get the Secretions under control so it could be removed. until than he wouldn't be able to come home. After his medicare time period ran out they transferred him to Vineland Rehabilitation Center, to proceed to the next step in getting his Trachea under control in order to get it removed. They still couldn't get the secretions to stop completely. He than reached the max days allowed deadline for his medicare and was transferred to yet another nursing home in Williamstown NJ, where he remains till this day. My mother is just wants him home with her, but they require her to have certain medical equipment, and a wheelchair ramp installed. She is self employed with her small German Shepherd kennel that really don't make her extra money. Its more of a hobby for her that helps with the bills, since my Dad lost his job a couple years ago. She is broke and facing the possibility of signing her home over in order to take care of my dad at home. I'm an only child and trying to get by myself with my own children so I cant help her out financially. Her and my Dad have been together for 36 years, and worked so hard to buy a home to just have to sign it over in order for medicare to pay for his home care. Many phone calls later here we are, either come up with some money for equipment and care, or sign the home they worked so hard to keep over. please help us
