Hello, this fundraiser is to support the animals within the care of 1-Up Rescue, so we can get them all vetted, cared for, and adopted!! ^_^

Here is a quick run-down of what we need funding for:

Ridley (male red tabby cat), adopted just before Christmas, needs a tooth removed. Cost of this, at a minimum, is $365.

Beryl (female calico cat) also needs a tooth removed. This is another $365.

Orphan (Russian Blue) needs to be spayed and microchipped, and tested for FIV/FLV. This is $85. It is imperitive that Orphan is fixed ASAP. She's had 10+ kittens (that I know of) in 2010 alone.

Morrigan (Scottish Fold cat) needs vetting and microchipping and possibly needs to be spayed. This is $130 for all of that.

Lillith (Blue Tortie kitten) needs to be spayed, microchipped, and tested for FIV/FLV. This is $85. She also needs MASSIVE amounts of dewormers as she is vomiting up roundworms left and right! This is another $15!!

Ryu and Ken (Ginger Tabby brothers) need to be neutered, chipped, and tested for FIV/FLV. This is $130 for them both, $65 each.

Blues (Pitbull / AmStaff mix) needs to be neutered, microchipped, and given his shots and a license! This is $120 for all of that!

Penny (Maine Coon mix) needs vetting and a microchip installed, and tested for FIV/FLV. This is $90.

We need to apply for our Non-Profit organization status with the IRS so we can save money!! This is $500 dollars just to apply! (and God only knows if we will be approved..!)

One of our fosters, Samantha, has found a family in a trailer park; 3 people with 7 dogs between them, in 2 trailers! Some of the dogs are being KEPT OUTSIDE with no shelter 24/7! Others (like a jack russel) are being kept in a crate 24/7 because they're not fixed, and there are other female intact dogs in the same house that are also not fixed. We'll hopefully be intaking the animals that are kept outside so we can get them in and out of the cold and into warm homes! ALL of these animals need to be fixed! That's going to be over $1,000, easily, for all 7.
