Mark Moll Make A Wish Timberman 2010

On August 22, 2010, I will be racing in my first half Ironman triathlon on and around Lake Winnipesaukee, New Hampshire.  The total race distance is 70.3 miles ( 1.2 mile swim, 56 mile bike followed by a 13.1 mile run) which in my mind is not half of anything.

I am an avid sports fan and have always admired the athletes who give back to the children or youth in any community.  Although I don't reside in New Hampshire, I could not resist the opportunity to help raise money for the children through the partnership of Timberman Ironman 70.3 triathlon and the Make- A- Wish Foundation.  The Make-A-wish Foundation grants the wishes of children with life threatening medical conditions to enrich the human experience with hope, strength and joy.

The race is going to be physically and emotionally challenging - a personal battle from within.  When I get off my bike and start the 13.1 mile run over the unfamiliar roads of New Hampshire, I will be thinking deep inside that this battle or unfamiliar road is nothing compared to what these children go through on a daily basis.

Please help me make the children of New Hampshire's wishes come true by donating to the Make-A-Wish Foundation.  Every donation makes a difference and is greatly appreciated.  Thank You in advance for your generosity and support for this important cause.

Warmest Regards,

Mark Moll
