The Watson family is trying to raise money to save their dogs eyesight. Please show your support.

Twinkie is a 6 month old English Bulldog diagnosed with severe Entropian (eyelids roll inwards and fur rubs the eye) and Distichiasis (eyelashes grow irregularly and irritate and touch the eye).

She is a very sweet and loving puppy and warms everyones heart that she meets. It is my hopes that Twinkie can become a visiting dog when she is older to go to Nursing Homes, etc. to brighten someones day.

Unfortunately, due to the severity of her eye condition, Twinkie may have impaired eyesight or even worse, eventually go blind, unless she has surgery. Twinkie recently had a contact put in place to prevent further damage to her left eye, which has developed an ulcer. Twinkie also receives daily topical medication to her eyes to ease her pain and discomfort.

Twinkie was seen recently at The University of Pennsylvania - Matthew J. Ryan Veterinary Hospital. It is their experts suggestion that Twinkie has surgery by the end of March to repair her Entropian and Distichiasis. Her prognosis after surgery is high and she can make a full recovery and see the rest of her life without pain and additional damage to her eyes.

If you could find it in your heart to help fund Twinkies surgery our family would be eternally grateful.
