Erin Turner's Medical Expense Fund
Erin Turner is a mother and wife whose son, Cole is battling leukemia at 5 years old. She was diagnosed with leukemia this year.
Erin Turner is the most beautiful, kindest and sweetest mother, wife and friend one could ever know. Her world was rocked over two years ago when her son, then 3 years old, was diagnosed with childhood leukemia. Jody, her husband, Kaitlin, her daughter (now 8), and Erin were strong and courageous for Cole, and he is winning his battle with leukemia, and is a beautiful and amazing little kindergartener. This year, Erin herself was diagnosed with AML, acute myeloid leukemia. She is fighting a courageous battle and is hopeful and inspiring to all who know her.
This family has been challenged by this disease, both emotionally and financially, but they are a lesson to everyone around them, of hope and love. Erin is going to undergo a bone marrow transplant in late January. She will be traveling with Jody to San Antonio, while their children remain with Jody's parents in Lubbock. The bone marrow is a long process and the most devastating part to Erin is being away from her children, but she knows she must do what needs to be done to be there, and healthy for them.
We want to help Erin, Jody, Kaitlin and Cole, by at least easing their minds about medical expenses, travel expenses and living expenses while Erin is away. Please help us assist this beautiful family and give them the gift of a little less worry. They are wonderful, full of hope, and so deserving. They are a lesson about love and strength to all of us.
