Prancing Paws Animal Rescue, a 501(c)3 non-profit organization, is raising money to open a low-cost spay & neuter clinic in Philadelphia.

Prancing Paws Animal Rescue is a Philadelphia based 501(c)3 non-profit organization, which was founded in 2008 by Val Frazier and her daughter Amanda Carney. They were disgusted and appalled at the number of abandoned street cats they came across in their city, and they wanted to be a part of the solution to making Philadelphia no-kill.
Since 2008, PPAR has established and maintained multiple feral cat colonies across Philadelphia. They have also trapped and rehomed hundreds of friendly strays. In addition, Val, Amanda, and their dedicated team of volunteers travel to all corners of the city to pick up people's pets, get them spayed or neutered and vaccinated, and return them to their owners.

We are now ready for our next step. We believe that we will be able to save even more lives if we open a low-cost spay and neuter clinic/adoption center of our own. We currently don't have a place to house cats, and we operate entirely out of foster homes. Also, not a single member of PPAR is paid.
Our clinic will consist of: surgical/exam room (spay & neuter procedures and routine veterinary care), grooming salon, adoption center, and retail center (pet foods and tools for sale).

After much research, we have decided that it will take at least $250,000 for us to get our project up and running. Will you help us?
