This is the family of Mark and Tess trying to raise funds for medical and household expenses not covered by insurance. Thanks everyone

Mark has worked all over the US in the fabrication and welding field, for food and beverage plants for 30 years. Mark was hurt on the job, Feb 16 2012. When he was moving a 200 to 300 lb pump when he felt a shock that went from his head to the bottom of his feet, when he twisted his neck to ask for wrench.
The Drs told Mark that he needed cervical spine surgery, asap, to keep him out of a wheel chair. He had 3 level Cervical spinal fusion and has been diagnosed with severe spinal stenosis of the lumbar as well, and will need another surgery. (His spinal cord is being compressed severely.)

He is absolutely devastiated that the Dr said he probably will not be able to do the work he loves to do so much. But if I know Mark, he will work hard to prove those Drs wrong. Like they say "You can't keep a good man down." He may be out but he will never be down. I love that about him.

We talked to our boss and we tried to file workers comp , since it happen at work, but they denied his claim. They said he didn't "state the act " which don't make since.

Mark is the main bread winner and the brick of the family, the family is in dissaray. Mark doesn't at this time qualifiy for disability. His pride keeps him from asking for help, even when he needs help. I love that about him.

And if that not wasn't enough ,Tessie our daughter fell down, and broke her ankle in 2 places and is in need of surgery as well.

The family has insurance on both but the insurance will not pay for a work related injury on Mark, and very little income and will have no way of paying for household expenses, due to injurys.
Mark is a great husband, father and friend, and would do anything for anybody.
Tess is a wonderful daughter, sister and friend as well. And neither one deserves this pain and suffering and I wish I could take it all away.

Thanks to all for your support
God Bless
