Family and Friends of Alyssa Lynn are uniting to raise money to help her and her family fight thier battle against cancer.

Alyssa Lynn is a beautiful 3 year old little girl who was diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia in February 2012. Since that day her family’s life has been turned upside down and inside out.

My heart breaks for this beautiful little girl and her amazing family. As much pain as I feel, I cannot even imagine what it must be like for her or her parents. Mat and Jennifer (Alyssa's mom and dad) are struggling to meet all the needs (including but not limited to emotional and medical needs) of Alyssa and her little sister Braelyn.
Soon after the diagnosis, the family income dropped dramatically. Her dad (Mat Daggs) who was a car salesman, began having difficulties at work. His sales dropped drastically. Can you imagine being a good salesperson while worrying about your daughter's who is fighting for her life? Then in May this became too much of a burden for his employer, between the drop in sales and the increasing time away from work, Mat lost his job!

In only a few short months into this battle with cancer it has already drained their family both emotionally and financially. Alyssa is in the battle of her life right now and the financial burden is one of the worries we would like to take away from her family to relieve a little bit of stress.

Up until this point most of the actual medical bills have been covered by insurance. However there are many more expenses that have taken their toll on the family that the insurance will not cover.
Now with debt piling up around them and thier daughter suffering right in front of them the Daggs family was beginning to feel as if they had no where to turn.

They live more than 60 miles (one way) from Children’s Cancer Center in Dallas where they have to go once a week just for Chemo and usually end up there three or four times in a week , they are currently facing an active eviction notice and cut off notices for almost all utilities. "All the bills come in red now"
All of this added stress is alot for any family and it is really taking it's toll on this young family. Please I ask you to join me, help me to show this family that miricles do happen, that there are people - friends, family and maybe even strangers out there that do care.

We cannot change this disease, but we can change how they fight it!

Thank you all for your donations, support and most importantly prayers. We do believe in miracles and we pray for one each day.
God Bless you.

If you would rather send a check you may do so in her parents name, also Alyssa’s hair fell out after the second round of chemo and the family is always on the lookout for cute hats, bandana’s and other head coverings.

If you have any questions, need the mailing address, any additional information or would like to speak to a family representative feel free to contact Mat or Jennifer via Facebook or you can call Brandy Addicks at 903-461-9083

Again, Thank you and God bless you all from the bottom of
our hearts.
