This 2-month old kitten has to have his rear leg amputated or he will die. 100% of donations will go to his surgery! Please help him live.

This beautiful 9-week old stray kitten ran into my backyard on July 26th. I noticed he was limping as he ran to try to convince my other cats to love him. That's when I saw something that immediately shattered my heart - his back right foot is missing. From the unforgiving look of it and the nerve damage, it seems it was traumatically severed, either from a car accident, an animal attack, etc. It would leave blood splatters as it hit the ground, had a bad stench, and was raw and spreading, badly infected. This poor orphaned 2-month old kitten has probably seen more abandonment and pain than I want to imagine. And yet, his will to live and the way he gets ecstatic at simple little things is unbelievably inspiring and tears me apart at the same time.

He either has to have his leg amputated or we'd have to put him down before the infection kills him.

Baby already walks well with 3 legs, and will only get stronger and adapt better as he gets older.  This is his only chance at life.

He is in the hospital now and will be there for 3 days. However, I do need help to help him. 100% of donations will go directly to his surgery, which costs $2,200 and for which I literally have about $130 right now. I have Care Credit (a loan for the bill) but will deeply appreciate any help in making the monthly payments. I just graduated from my university and will soon face repaying a total of about $34,000 in loans. Anything and everything will make a gracious impact.
