This fundraiser is to raise money to build Logan a safe-room onto our house.

This fundraiser is to raise money to build Logan a safe-room onto our house. It will then be filled with theraputic equipment and textures. This will be a room for Logan to grow into, and have a safe place to learn and develop mentally & physically

Logan is a beautiful 5 year old boy who has Tuberous Sclerosis, Epilepsy, Autism, and Mental Retardation.  He has endured 5 brain surgeries over the past five years- three of those just this past March.  Logan is non-verbal, but he trys so hard to communicate with us by chirps, cooing, and babbles.  Developmentally, Logan is at about an 18 month old level.  He is mobile, and tries to climb on everything with no sense of safety awareness.  He sleeps in an enclosed hospital bed, but outside of that he must have constant supervision.

Logan has two older brothers, and a younger sister.  We all live in a double-wide mobile home out in the country.  We have a full house, and Logan's medical equipment takes up a lot of space.

A Wish with Wings is an organization that is going to grant Logan a wish.  Initially, we requested they build the safe room.  They came to our home for a visit, and it was determined that they cannot build the safe room onto our double-wide mobile home.  They can however fill the room once it is built with therapy equipment and textures for Logan's sensory needs.  Our family now must hire a contractor to come and add the room on.  We will not put Logan into a home for disabled people.  We want him to always live with us.  So, we must build him this area for him to safely play, sleep, and bathe.  The room he is in now is only 8'x11'.  The safe room will be large enough to have a play area, sleep area, and bathing area.  Logan desperately needs this safe-room.  We have been so blessed with wonderful family and friends, and we appreciate and thank God for all of the support we receive!
