Pray for and donate to the Hossage family and pray for Justin's girlfriend, Neveen, as they wait and pray for Justin to wake up.

The 20 year old son, Justin, of Pastor, David Hossage and Miki Hossage, of Bloomingdale Bible Church was in a serious accident on July 10, 2012. Justin remains in the ICU and has not yet woken up, and the family is incurring expenses from travel to and from Geisinger Hospital in Wilkes-Barre. They are also incurring expenses for food while away from home. As a pastoral family, they are not wealthy, and this could really take a toll on them both emotionally and financially.  They are seeing small signs from Justin (he moved his thumb yesterday), and are praying for Justin to begin to become more responsive.  Even if you cannot afford to donate, please pray with us.

Justin is now stable enough to be moved, and he will be moved to Good Shepherd in Bethlehem on Monday.  The family may now incur hotel expenses, as well as those previously listed.  Pray that the staff and facilities at the Good Shepherd are able to provide the best possible care for Justin.

I was trying to do this anonymously to make sure that God received the glory, but after someone raised the legitimate concern of whether or not this fundraiser was an honest one, I decided it might be best to add my name to it, so I apologize for any confusion.  I am doing this on behalf of our church family and the Holy Spirit who works through me and the other people who are helping out.  I prayed about this, and felt in my heart that this was the best way for me to help.  We love our pastor and his family and want to see them come through this soon, so please pray heartfelt prayers often, and donate if you are financially able... even a $5 donation counts, so don't be shy.

You can also send a virtual hug by clicking on the hug tab near the top of the page.

Thank you to all those who are supporting the Hossage family during this difficult time.

Love, hugs, and prayers,

- Ellen
