Please help offset/assist with medical/daily living expenses to alleviate the financial burden. To help Ron fight the fight for his life

Ron has been married for 27 years and has 3 children and 5 grandchildren.

In March of 2011, my father Ron Schaibley was diagnosed with Classic Hodgkins Lymphoma Stage 2. After 12 rounds of Chemotherapy (with several setbacks, including a bad reaction to one of the meds, and a fungal infection in his chest) and back to back rounds of Radiation we thought he was in the clear. However at his 9 week checkup (his first after his last dose of radiation) the PET scan showed new growths. After a biopsy, we learned that the Lymphoma has indeed come back and is spreading quickly. He is now considered Stage 3.

Ron will be getting his intense treatments at Loyola Hospital in Maywood which will include long blasts of Chemotherapy followed by a bone marrow harvest and transplant and more Chemotherapy. He will no longer be able to work. His loving wife Justine will be making the long trips back and forth to Loyola to be by his side as much as possible but as we all know gas prices are high.

The financial burden that has been put on my parents has been unbelievable. They need all the help they can get to ensure Ron gets all the help he needs.

Please join in the celebration by contributing what you can to help my family and raise awareness to this horrible cancer.

Your donation will help the burden of everyday ding medication, copays, and the special diet that is required with Chemotherapy and Cancer.

Thank you
