Please help offset/assist with medical/daily living expenses to alleviate the financial burden.Help Brantley, fight his fight!

Brantley was born 2/3/2012 with a congenital heart disease called Tetralogy of Fallot, he also has pulmonary atresia (narrow pulmonary valve) and atrial septal defect (hole in top chambers of heart.) This little boy has been fighting for his life from day one. He spent the majority of his first three monts in the hospital. He has had two catheter procedures, and one open heart surgery in his short three months. He will have more to come.

A little about Tetralogy:

Tetralogy of Fallot causes low oxygen levels in the blood. This leads to cyanosis (a bluish-purple color to the skin).

The classic form includes four defects of the heart and its major blood vessels:

•Ventricular septal defect (hole between the right and left ventricles)

•Narrowing of the pulmonary outflow tract (the valve and artery that connect the heart with the lungs)

•Overriding aorta (the artery that carries oxygen-rich blood to the body) that is shifted over the right ventricle and ventricular septal defect, instead of coming out only from the left ventricle

•Thickened wall of the right ventricle (right ventricular hypertrophy)

Tetralogy of Fallot is rare, but it is the most common form of cyanotic congenital heart disease. Along with all of this his pulmonary atresia, a narrow pulmonary valve. The only way to fix thi ws to cut part of it away, and patch it. Brantley has had this done, so now he has no true valve. He has blood that leaks back as his heart pumps, so this will be something that is watched and then fixed down the road.

Thank you for reading Brantley's story. Any dontaion, big or small will help. If you would rather send a check, they can be mailed to:
