Friends of Patrick and the Facebook community are uniting to raise money to help Curly with a second leash on life!

This adorable "ladies man" is in urgent need of contributions to help spare his life. Curly was found abandoned and walking the hot streets which have been 90 degrees +++ the past three weeks. He was in real bad shape but was so friendly and grateful for a drink of cold water, I was able to get him in the car and take him to Lake Harbin Animal Hospital. The girls at the hospital, who have named him Curly, are really smitten over him and would love to give him a fighting chance because he is a keeper.

Unfortunately, Curly has tested heartworm positive and exhibiting signs of distress from this deadly parasite. In addition, a tumor was found on his body that needs to be removed. The good news is that the heartworms can be treated and Curly can get a second chance at life. If we reach 50% of the goal by Monday, they will begin treatment asap, which is crucial.

If you would like to help Curly with this goal and defer the discounted medical expenses, you would be doing a great deed for one of God's wonderful creatures. We know times are tough, but you can't take it with you and your contribution for this wonderful dog will be a blessing that keeps on giving. Please donate what you can, even if it's $20, $10, $5, $1 or even .50 cents. We will hit our goal if everyone takes two minutes and shows they care.
There are three easy ways to contribute and 100% of the proceeds go to the treatment and care of Curly.
1. Click the “GIVE NOW” button at the top of this page to donate with your credit card.
2. You can send a check directly to Lake Harbin Animal Hospital at 2056 Lake Harbin Rd., Morrow, GA 30260. Please mention your donation is for Curly.
3. Call Carmon at Lake Harbin Animal Hospital (770-961-5036) and she can process a credit card donation over the phone. A $20 minimum is preferred in this case. They are closed from Saturday at noon until Monday, FYI.
Leave a comment, share with your Facebook friends and let's help save Curly together! Stay tuned for progress reports and more pictures while he recovers.
