Nash Family Fund
Cindy’s family has set up this fund to help pay for funeral expenses and living expenses as Cindy restructures the family business.
Robert Nash, Cindy’s husband was diagnosed with stage 3 colon cancer in July 2011. He began radiation and chemotherapy treatment. His prognosis was good until December. It was at that time that the doctors discovered a metastasis to his spine. For the next four months Bob continued to fight the disease, undergoing several surgeries and radiation. Up to just a month before Bob passed away, the doctors were still encouraging. On Easter, April 8, 2012, Bob went home to be with the Lord.
Before Bob’s death, Bob and Cindy owned a lawn care business, Paradise Lawns. It was a fledgling business and only generated enough income to cover overhead and provide for the family. There was no money for extra expenses such as life insurance. For this reason, Cindy did not have the money to pay for the expense of the funeral. Cindy is also having difficulty making ends meet as she restructures her husband’s business to continue providing for herself and their four young children.
Feel free to direct any questions to Cindy’s sister, Jamie at firstname.lastname@example.org. If you would like to contribute by check or money order, you can also email Jamie for that information.
Any contribution you can give is greatly appreciated. Please pray for Cindy and her family during this difficult time. Thank you very much.
