Our deadline is Oct.31st! Make this an All Hallows Eve for this young couple and donate $1,$3,$13 or $31!

Some people might know Zulya and some people might know Eric. Some people might know both, and some people might not know them at all!

Here's their story:

Zulya Saidova (currently Harring) and Eric Harring are a young couple that began their lives as husband and wife in May of 2009. They are a happy couple that enjoy their lives and their friends and their family like any of us.

Both in their twenties, they have not yet reached a point in their lives where they could have a job with benefits.
Needless to say, two very bad things happened to these wonderful, kind and loving people.

A little while back, Zulya had gall bladder surgery. She was flown by a helicopter to Long Beach Memorial Hospital and as a result, her bill alone far exceeds $50,000.

Less than a week ago, Eric had his appendix removed and will be out of work for three weeks. Although he is feeling a bit better and is starting to walk, the concern about the medical bill they'll receive in the mail is overwhelming.

Right now, this wonderful couple is feeling alone and helpless and as their friends, we CAN do something about it. Even though their medical expenses are several times greater than the fundraising goal we've set, this modest amount will give them a start. It will give them hope.

Bad things happen to good people. What if we can make a difference and make good things happen to those people too?

If 100 of me's and you's donate $10 each, they'd have $1,000 more than they had yesterday. What if you make that $20 or more a person?

But of course, no amount is too small so we beg you to make a difference in any way possible. A friend in need is a friend indeed. Let us unite and show them they are NOT alone in this world and that ANYTHING is possible.

Hugs for Zulya Saidova Medical Expenses.

LAST DAY (OCTOBER 30TH)

October 29th, 2010

Dear Friends and Family and all those who care about the cause we have been fighting for since Oct 9th,

I just found out a very important piece of information. If the donation end-date is set for October 31, the final day for donations is actually October 30th. I honestly did not know that. So instead of 2, we only have 1 day left and I beg of you to make that final push happen!

If tomorrow, we manage to raise $70 more, Mike and I will match the $70! Can at least 70 generous people we have on this group spare $1 each? Or for the sake of halloween any amount that has digits 3 and 1 for October 31st? Let us unite for this last day and help out a friend I care about so very deeply as much as we can! We can make it an All Hallows Eve once again!

Thank you for sticking with me and my wonderful, incredible fundraising team throughout this journey. I am overwhelmed by your kindness and generosity and I can only hope that the goodness you have proven returns to you threefold. I am proud to have friends and family like you! We made >$7,000 happen!!! And THAT is amazing!

Love to you all and please let all the loving procrastinators know (through e-mails and facebook statuses) that we only have 1 precious day left!!!! Thank you again and again from the very bottom of my heart for helping me help my best friend when she most needed it!

Almost at the finish line

October 28th, 2010

From our little Harring Family (Elena- thank you again for letting us exploit your log-in:) ):

Dear inspiring people who have participated in this life-changing event- October 31st is only days away and we are simply in awe...We have witnessed a miracle!!! We have been given our hope back, thanks to each and everyone of you!

Just days ago, my dear hubby celebrated his big 30th birthday. We did it in a big classy way too...we went out for beer :) It was the first time that we'd gone out in weeks and even though beer really was his only present (I should be in the "broke-wife-hall-of-shame"...), we had so much joy in our hearts because we have the most amazing friends and family!!!!

No words are big enough to express all the graditude and amazement that we feel....so just to put it simply- ENORMOUS thanks from our hearts to yours!!! THANK YOU and may this kindness-times 3- return to each one of you when you most needed.

Zulya & Eric Harring.

FOREVER THANKFUL

October 20th, 2010

DEAR friend (each and everyone one of you amazing guys!!),

We cannot say enough "thank you's"... There is no adequate way to express our gratitude and appreciation towards this inspiring deed that all of you have contributed to so greatly since it's started! THANK YOU ALL SO VERY MUCH!!

Eric and I are amazed and sooooo touched by all the kindness from family, friends, and people who don't even know us!! It just shows how truly compassionate and caring human nature really is and THAT is reassuring.

So many bad things happened to our young little family in the last 6 months in all aspects: family, health, work, finances....this is the ray of sunshine we are soo starved for at this point! So, from Eric and myself- THANK YOU for not letting us give up (told ya...cannot say that enough times!;)

Just to give a quick update: we are both recovering, slowly but surely! Eric has to stay home for another week- he is a "tough cookie" though:).

Thank you, AGAIN- each and everyone of you! You guys ALL made a world of difference to Eric and myself.

Zulya and Eric Harring

*Elena Casey kindly let us use her account to post this note.

Twice the amount!!!

October 18th, 2010

Oh my God!!! When I was setting this fundraiser up about a week ago, I was so hopeful to possibly raise $3,000 to help Zulya and Eric at least emotionally. Only a week later, WE, as a TEAM, raised almost $6,200! THAT IS INCREDIBLE guys!

Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

We only have 13 days left and 38% to go until we reach our goal. I cannot stress enough just how IMPORTANT it is to keep sharing the word every day!!! It is sharing the word that made $6,200 possible! Tell your friends, your families, invite your facebook friends to join the Zulya Saidova (Harring) Global Fundraising group!

I can only do this with YOUR help!

Zulya asked me for my login information to www.giveforward.com. I think she is going to post and update about her and Eric's well-being in just a day or two. Well-being that people like you are making possible!

THANK YOU AGAIN! This is a miracle!
