Our buddy, Marough Gardner, was diagnosed with Neuroblastoma cancer in November '09. Neuroblastoma is a rare form of childhood cancer, affecting around 500 kids a year. Marough is in his first series of chemotherapy treatments at Mission Hospital.
It's the beginning of 2010 and Marough is in his 3rd round of the first set of chemo treatments. Soon, Marough will head to UNC Chapel Hill for a bone marrow and stem cell transplant.
Our first fundraiser raised over $7000 for Marough. Thanks so much to everyone who helped us beat our original goal of $6000!
Contributions continue to go toward medical and travel expenses.
The Gardners appreciate your gift more than you will ever know! Thank you so much for your kind contribution!
