Life, what an amazing word; yet there are those who give it away.

Suicides among young people continue to be a serious problem. Each year in the United States, thousands of teenagers commit suicide. Suicide is the third leading cause of death for 15-to-24-year-olds, and the sixth leading cause of death for 5-to-14-year-olds.

For over 18 years Trinity College of the Bible and Theological Seminary has sponsored Teen Suicide Prevention Programs across the United States. These non-religious programs are offered at no cost and are presented in public high schools by trained Trinity staff members.

1.2 million young people have participated in Trinity’s Teen Suicide Prevention Programs. Scores of these teens have completed professional counseling and have a new outlook on life. Again these programs have been presented as a gift from Trinity in the effort to combat teen suicide.
