At GiveForward, we believe in total transparency. That means making it easy for users to find our fees.

GiveForward deducts 7% of total donations made with credit card, debit card or PayPal.  This 7% covers all processing fees, which include, but are not limited to the credit card fees and PayPal fees.  In general, for every $100 donation, GiveForward will deduct $7 in total fees. In addition, there are no additional fees that the beneficiary will incur from accepting the funds through PayPal at the end of the fundraiser.

Just to give an idea of where GiveForward falls in the spectrum, other fundraising tools that allow you to raise money for medical expenses charge from 8% to more than 10%.

Transactions made on GiveForward are in US dollars. Donations made from outside of the US will be converted to US dollars and may be subject to a fee from the issuing bank or credit card. Please check with the financial institution, as the receipt from GiveForward will not show any foreign exchange currency fees.
