Fundraising for cancer is the most common form of medical fundraising we see on GiveForward. According to the American Cancer Society, in 2012 it’s estimated that 848,170 men and 790,740 women will be diagnosed with cancer in the U.S.
Given that the disease affects so many individuals and that the average cost of care for cancer patients is significant, GiveForward helps hundreds of families each year in their cancer fundraising efforts.
