Maddie is 29 years old and was diagnosed with cancer in 4 parts of her body in November, right around Thanksgiving time. She had it in her bones, breast, lung, and liver. She has been going through chemo like a champ!
Maddie and Mike have good health insurance, but the chemo isn't going to fully be covered and then there is the fact that Maddie isn't able to work right now. Anything you can give to help them get through this difficult time would be greatly appreciated.
**Update 3/22/10-Maddie had some test results last week and the cancer in her liver and lung is GONE! The rest of the cancer is shrinking, so we're hopeful that she's on the healing path.**
