The mission of our organization is to address through intervention the activities that lead to academic failure, and teen truancy. These are key factors that lead to potential criminal behavior and unemployment. Our vision is to inspire & encourage their dreams, creating and molding the next generation of leaders in the community and society.

We have seen a tramatic increase in scholastic acheivement when potential problems have been addressed early in the process. 80% of chicago youth are in need of extra help, yet  can't afford to enroll in highly accredited programs due to income factors. Only 16% of chicago area student graduate in 4 years from a 4 year college institution. To ataack the problem at the source we intend to begin at the earliest point Kindergarten and provide mentoring follow up throughout the educational proccess.
