The friends & relatives of Chris,Layla,Kayvon,&Kamron are uniting to raise money to help Kamron in his battle with cancer.Please support us!
Kamron is a 6 year old boy from Melbourne, Florida, who was diagnosed with Glioblastoma Multiforme (GBM), an aggressive form of brain cancer on 9/29/2010. Over the last few months Kamron has gone through 4 Brain Surgeries, 1 of which his entire right occipital lobe was removed, has lost vision to his left as a result, 1 Port placement surgery, 6 weeks of chemotherapy (sessions are as long as 6 hours), 7 weeks of radiation, uncontrollable vomiting, migraines, and much more. Along with all of this, he and his family have had to endure multiple 149 mile trips from there home in Melbourne Fl to the hospital in Gainesville, Fl.
Kamron is an outspoken 6 year old, who loves playing the Wii, enjoys playing soccer, and wakes up early to read his Junie B. Jones books. Although he and his brother have their moments, he enjoys teaching him how to put puzzles together, and helping as a big brother should. His favorite food is macaroni and cheese and his favorite person is God. He deserves to live life like a 6 year old boy should. To get back to laughing, dancing, and playing, with no needles and no hospitals and no more doctors. Our hope is that we can acquire as much support possible to help Kamron and his family. Any contribution is helpful.
How this fundraiser began:
We started out with a simple request through Facebook to like Kamron's page. Each like equated to $1 dollar which was already guaranteed by sponsors. What wasn't guaranteed was the # of Fans Kamron would acquire. Our goal was to acquire 2000 likes and raise $2,000. Kamron acquired 2000 fans in 5 days, from March 16th-March21st!
The GiveForward fundraiser was established in January as a separate fundraiser for Kamron. What wasn't established until Thursday March 17th night was the idea to link the FB fundraiser and the GiveForward fundraiser in order to turn $2000.00 into $20,000. Our total goal is to raise $20,000.

Hello to all of you: Kamron's Team! Thank you for you support of Kamron and his family. Your wonderful thoughts, prayers, and financial contributions have been so meaningful to the family. We have raised over $10,000.00 in just over 1 month. In order to get closer to our goal we need to create more awareness of our mission. In order to give our money even faster legs and work even harder for us than it already has, is for us to collectively come together send emails out to all of our friends and families notifying them of Kamron's Story. Lets create more prayers for Kamron and his family and spread the word.

Once again, thank you for your donation. If you haven't checked in lately, we have raised $8,360.00 in just over 3 days. Combined with the $2,000.00 we raised in our inital facebook campaign we have raised a grand total of $10,360 in 8 days. Thanks to you and your efforts we are that much closer to our goal of $20,000.00. Without you, we would not be where we are at today in our progress! Kamron and his family have been through 6 months that some of us will never witness, that nobody deserves to experience, that hopefully someday this 6 year old will be able to look back at as just a distant bad memory. Their journey is not over. We can't guarantee the worse days are over, however your support, I am certain have helped and will continue to help raise them up above the adversity. Your prayers and good wishes alone are inspiring enough to feed a family. Your money is just a token of love that you have for people in hopes that someday they will find peace!
