David aka AftershockMedia fought a brave and long battle against terminal illness and touched many lives in that time.  As one of the Industry's "old school" veterans, he always made time to talk, lend an ear, help out, and share a laugh. 

Now as he moves on to a better place, he leaves behind his beloved wife and life partner Julia.  To help her transition the loss and face a large sum of medical bills, this fund has been created to help make a small dent in the total.

A celebration of his life will be held on March 28th, what would have been David's next birthday.  Julia asks that you take a moment on that day and remember the smiles and laughter you may have shared with him.
