Angel is a 2 yr old peekapoo. She is my best friend, my family. She is the only dog I have been able to get attached to since I lost my lab a couple years ago. I cannot imagine my life without her. At a recent routine vet appointment I found out she has luxating patellas in her rear legs. Her knee caps pop in and out of socket. The right leg is far worse than the left one, it has inflammation and thickening. The vet advised me if she doesn't have surgery soon on the right one, she will lose all mobability in her leg. She advised me both of her legs need to be done but right now we need to focus on the worst one. Due to a job loss because of pregnancy complications, my husband is the only one working and we have a family of 7. Today was my 6 wks check up and I though I was going to be able to go back to work and I couldve paid for her surgery but that got delayed because they found a mass on my uterus and must run some tests. So I am asking all you angels and miracle workers, please help me help my best friend Angel.
