On Wednesday morning February 24, 2010 I found out my nephew was in the hospital with a gunshot wound to the head. Since then, Adalberto Martinez has been in the hospital in critical condition. His mother Isidra Martinez just arrived from Mexico and she’s heart broken. It had been three years since she had last seen her son.

I have committed to raise at least $3,000, but I’m setting my goal even higher, and I plan to raise at least $5,000! I’m going to need support from many people to reach my goal, and I’m hoping that I can count on you to be part of my support team to help Adalberto and his mother.
