Our beautiful Shelly is battling a rare and aggresive cancer Angiosarcom​a at the M.D. Anderson Cancer Center in Houston. Because of the intense chemo, she has to be miles and miles away from her home, loving husband Jame and adorableson son Seth.

Just before Christmas 2009, our beautiful Shelly was diagnosed with angiosarcoma, a rare and aggressive cancer. Shelly is 35 and has an adorable son, Seth, and a wonderful husband, James at home in Clayton, North Carolina. Sarcomas make up about 1% of all cancers and there are lots of different types. Angiosarcoma means it's a soft tissue sarcoma, and they rarely show in the breast.

Because this cancer is so rare, there are not many physicians that have experience with it.  Shelly has completed radiation treatment in NC and surgery at the M. D. Anderson Cancer Center in Houston where she is now receiving intensive chemotherapy.  M.D. Anderson has a 5 year survival rate of 80% versus just 10% for other hospitals and treatment centers.

We want Shelly to use every ounce of her energy to fight this battle. The last thing that she should be concerned with is how to pay for her medical expenses. We encourage our family members, friends, and anyone that has found their way to this page to join us in prayer for Shelly and donations to help with her medical expenses.
